We are looking for an 'Business Development Manager' to join our fast growing Customer Experience organization.

What you will be doing

• Develop Sales Qualified Leads through phone, video, chat, email, and social media
• Research and identify qualified customer targets
• Work smartly with Nextup Partners to map accounts and qualify leads
• Can close deals
• Provide a world-class prospect and customer experience through every interaction
• Keep meticulous records of interactions with leads in our customer relationship management system
• Build demand generation campaigns based on data

What you should have

• 2+ years of experience in an Outbound Sales role, Product Marketing, or Partner Manager role
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Work anywhere, preference within North American working hours
• Preference for Slack, Atlassian, or Microsoft Teams knowledge
• Commitment & a strong desire to pursue a career in sales
• Empathetic listener and persuasive communicator
• Competitive, resilient, and highly motivated
• A great attitude and love for teamwork
