We are looking for an 'Inbound Lead Qualification & Sales Operations Manager' to join our fast growing Customer Experience organization.

Are you looking to build something greater than yourself? We'll help you build your career in Customer Success. We envision this role eventually growing into an Enterprise Customer Success Manager or leading the Sales Operations team. You must be a self starter who is deeply passionate about customer happiness.

What you will be doing

  • Qualify inbound leads from across the globe
  • Create personalized outreach to multiple stakeholders from the inbound lead

  • Keep meticulous records of lead interactions in our customer relationship management system
  • Organize meetings for Enterprise Account Executives
  • Create quotes for new business, renewals, failed payments, and partner resellers for Sales Operations
  • Creatively bring ideas how to improve Nextup's customer experience

  • Willingness to learn Nextup offerings, including Slack, Microsoft Teams, Atlassian and the ChatOps integration environment

What you should have

  • No college degree required, but preferred
  • Work from anywhere, but preference for North American working hours
  • No tech experience required
  • Proof of consistent overachievement and organization skills
  • Empathetic listener and persuasive communicator
  • Competitive, resilient, and highly motivated
  • A great attitude and love for teamwork
  • Ability to adapt easily to a rapidly-changing environment
