Multi-timezone scrums

Schedule scrums in Slack for teams across the planet

What’s it handy for?

Allow your team to focus on what matters- their work- without having to manually track the timezones of individual members

A few uses for this workflow:

  • Engineering: Easily update issues before scrum meetings
  • Product Management: Spend less time on managing meeting invitations
  • Management: Get on-time delivery of status to ensure your teams are on track
  • Organizations: Deliver software faster and reduce meeting waste.

During the scrum process your resources are asked to specify issues they are working on or recently completed in the project(s) you specify. If issues are identified the app prompts the user to fix issues.

To get started:

  • Install Meeting+ on your Slack workspace
  • Connect your Jira instance
  • Configure a meeting for a new or existing scrum team
  • Set the response time to "Before Specific Time in Local Time Zone"

See it in action:

Setting a response time of 'before 2pm in your local time zone'.

Before Specific Time in Local Time Zone is selected, and the local time is set to 2:00pm
