Configuring and Using Personal Notifications

Learn how to setup and configure personal notifications to be notified of events that happen in Jira.

What’s it handy for?

This is useful for anyone that needs to setup and configure alerts in Teams for events and activities that happen in Jira.

To get started:

Go to the chat section of Microsoft Teams
Find the Jira Integration Plus bot
Enter text "notifications" in your chat to the bot
Click the configure button (or edit button if you already have notifications configured
Select your notification preferences and click save
