Quickly and easily create custom tabs in your support teams to show open and in progress service requests.

What’s it handy for?

Support teams that need to stay current on new and ongoing service tickcets.

To get started:

  • Create a new tab in your teams support channel
  • Add the Jira Integration+ bot as a new tab in that channel
  • Configure the tab to show the project(s) and ticket types for that team
  • Use real-time list filters to search, sort, and find the ticket you need to update
  • You can also create new JSM support requests from this tab by clicking the "create" button
