Send a Jira Ticket in a Message

Before you start:

1. Install the app to Microsoft Teams and to Jira.‍
2. ‍Set up Integration+ OR just approve the app to use your Jira account if it's already set up for your organization.

When it's installed and set up:

1. Go to a channel or chat with the bot installed.
2. Click on the app icon underneath the message compose box.
3. Use search to find the ticket you want to send.
4. Click on the ticket.
5. Send the ticket as is, or type a message and then send it.
