View the Jira tickets you are watching and make updates to them directly within Microsoft Teams.

What’s it handy for?

View all the tickets that you are watching to check on their progress, without switching to Jira.

A few uses for this workflow:

Engineering Manager, Program Manager, and executives can keep an eye on critical tickets
Engineers can keep track of key issues

Take this a step further by clicking on any issue, and seeing more info, making updates like adding comments, changing issue status, etc directly from Teams.

To get started:

Install Integration+ to your Teams app
1) Set up Integration+ if nobody has already OR 2) just approve the app to work with your Jira user account‍
Navigate to the Integration+ app OR go to chat with the app
Click on the "Watched by me" tab
